**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks consistently.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service—greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
- Front-of-House All-Rounder (Clear tables, wipe surfaces, run food from kitchen to tables, refill water stations, sweep floors as needed.)
- Restock supplies such as milk, beans, cups, and pastries throughout the shift.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous barista or café experience preferred (training can be provided).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
