Position: Barista/Cafe All-Rounder/Customer Service/Waitress

Location: Brindabella Business Park, ACT 2609

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and seating customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages promptly
  • Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
  • Ensuring tables are clean and set up for the next guests
  • Handling cash transactions and using the POS system
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and barista team for a seamless dining experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and proactive attitude
