About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Own the marketing strategy across all markets, driving growth and brand consistency.
  • Manage all aspects of digital and content marketing — websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and video.
  • Lead branding, design, and collateral creation across multiple platforms.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows that showcase Branach to global audiences.
  • Support distributors with promotional material and tools.
  • Contribute as part of the leadership team, helping shape the direction of Branach's growth.
What We're Looking For
  • A motivated, versatile marketer with a balance of strategic thinking and creative execution.
  • Proven skills in campaign management, content creation, and branding.
  • Confidence in managing projects end-to-end, with excellent communication and design capabilities.
  • Experience across digital platforms, events, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Someone who demonstrates Excellence, Innovation, Integrity & Respect, Teamwork, Customer Centric Focus, and Tenacity & Passion in everything they do.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Australian work rights required for this role.
