S2M is recruiting on behalf of The Wiggles, one of Australia's most iconic and beloved entertainment group and they're currently on the lookout for a Production Manager to be part of their growing team. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end production management across television series, specials, music, and live projects. You'll collaborate with world-class creative talent and industry partners while helping shape the future of one of Australia's most recognised entertainment brands.

About you:

You are an experienced Production Manager that will oversee all aspects of production from pre- to post-production, liaise with cast, crew, and external partners, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest standard. With exceptional organisation skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, you'll play a key role in keeping The Wiggles' productions running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end production across series, specials, and music
  • Coordinate cast, crew, contracts, travel, and logistics
  • Manage scripts, artwork, marketing materials, and release schedules
  • Liaise with partners, sponsors, and licensees to deliver projects on time
  • Ensure compliance and smooth delivery across broadcast and digital platforms

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in production management within TV, film, music, or live entertainment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Flexible, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
  • Proficient in Mac OS, Windows, and Microsoft Office
