About The Role

Lead national compliance, probity, workforce compliance, and intake frameworks. Drive consistent systems, reduce risk, and strengthen service quality across all states to ensure CAFS meets legislative, contractual, and regulatory obligations.

Duties

  • Lead and develop national compliance and probity frameworks
  • Oversee intake systems ensuring consistency and quality
  • Monitor data trends to inform planning and risk management
  • Guide state managers in meeting contract obligations
  • Support audits, accreditation, and departmental reviews

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in human services, compliance, business, or law
  • Strong compliance and governance experience in regulated sector
  • Proven ability to embed national systems and frameworks
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting capability
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple teams
