About the Role

As Program Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining program excellence, staff performance, and strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting swim instructors – training, development, and performance
  • Acting as the bridge between instructors and parents – ensuring clear communication and fostering strong client relationships
  • Introducing first-time students to the program – guiding parents through class placement and making adjustments as needed
  • Managing daily operations – overseeing attendance, class bookings, and instructor scheduling
  • Monitoring student progress – ensuring assessments and level advancements are done correctly
  • Supporting customer service during peak times – assisting families and ensuring a great experience
  • Engaging with the community – promoting our programs to schools and childcare centres

  • A strong leader with experience as a Learn to Swim Instructor
  • A great communicator who enjoys working with children and parents
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and tech-savvy

Qualifications Required

  • AustSwim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (TSW) or Swim Australia Teacher (SAT)
  • AustSwim Teacher of Infant & Preschool Aquatics (INF) or Swim Australia Teacher of Babies & Toddlers (B&T)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Positive Notice Blue Card
  • Completion of Little Snappers Swim School Induction Training (provided for successful candidates)
