About the role

Club Burwood Group is seeking enthusiastic and experienced casual/ part-time bar, gaming and catering staff to join our team in the Inner West NSW area. This is a flexible casual/ part-time role, offering excellent opportunities to build your skills and experience in the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service at the bar, gaming and catering events
  • Preparing and serving a range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic options
  • Assisting with the set-up, operation and packing down of catering and events
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas
  • Following all health, safety and licensing regulations
  • Supporting the team with other duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a bar, gaming or catering role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including: school holidays, public holidays, nights and weekend work
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Exhibit impeccable grooming and personal presentation standards
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • A current RSA & RCG competency card
  • ARCG competency is an advantage
  • Have current working rights in Australia
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 3-4 shifts per week
