We are seeking a capable and experienced Site Administrator to join our Project Team for a minimum period of about 16 weeks. We are offering a 2:1 roster (Ex Perth-Kalgoorlie) and an attractive hourly rate for the successful candidate.

The Role:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support.
  • Arrange site access, travel, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Maintain and update rosters, including forecasting changes.
  • Assist on-site HSE with booking required training and keeping accurate training records.
  • Track project hours, personnel, and equipment for reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
  • Coordinate deliveries, visitors, and on-site logistics (flights and accommodation)
  • Support digital filing, document preparation, and process improvements.
  • Ordering supplies and manage office resources.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project demands.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards
  • A vibrant energy to the team and office

Essential skills & qualifications:

  • Proven previous experience working on a fast paced project
  • Must hold a White Card
  • Provide a clear National Police Clearance
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) & Outlook
  • Available to attend a full medical at short notice
