About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the General Manager this position will work collaboratively with the operations and corporate team and is responsible for the provision of administrative support to mining. Key accountabilities will include:

  • Coordinating the site entry process through utilisation of INX, for the site.
  • Coordinating and managing travel and accommodation for site.
  • Assisting HSE with data entry into INX.
  • Assisting Human Resources (HR) with coordinating employee on-boarding for site.
  • Ensuring site documents are appropriately filed in the document management system.
  • Raising purchase requisitions and receipting in Pronto.
About You

Key to success will be enabling the mining team to focus on core operational tasks whilst you ensure logistical and administrative processes run seamlessly. You need to have the following:

  • Previous experience in a mine site administration position in the mining and resources industry is required with exposure to PRONTO and INX being highly desirable.
  • Sound proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and fluency in use of rosters and functions associated with mobilisation of personnel to regional mining projects and operations.
  • Positive 'can do' flexible approach to work, self-motivated, with an ability to work productively and effectively both autonomously and within a team environment.
