What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain user guides, online help, release notes, and technical documentation.

  • Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content for a diverse audience.

  • Collaborate closely with software developers and product teams to capture and communicate new features.

  • Contribute to documentation strategies and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a technical writer in a software or technology environment.

  • Exceptional English language writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.

  • Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for quality.
