We're looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Product team and help us deliver smarter, more efficient outcomes for our clients.

What you'll do:


• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.


• Work closely with consultants, agile team members, and subject matter experts to design solutions.


• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain clear documentation.


• Support QA by testing key business case scenarios, monitoring system changes, and validating functional outcomes.


• Enhance and monitor business applications, ensuring continuous improvement.


• Provide support to testers, assist with defect fixes, and help script solutions (SQL, PowerShell).

What you bring:


• Experience with Agile software development practices.


• Strong background in technical business and systems analysis.


• Proven ability to design and implement interfaces between enterprise systems.


• Experience translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.


• Familiarity with documentation tools (Markdown, HTML, Confluence).


• Data analysis skills (Sharperlight, PowerBI).


• Hands-on experience with testing, validation, and data analysis.


• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
