Are you a versatile, hands-on individual seeking a diverse role within a dynamic service department? Join our team as a Warehouse Service Assistant and contribute to the smooth operation of our central warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and prepare shop displays for customer orders
  • Repair products and manage warranty replacements
  • Conduct quality control inspections
  • Process returns, manage damages, and put away stock
  • Assist with order picking and packing in the warehouse
  • Perform ad-hoc repairs (inhouse, kitchen, amenities, lighting, exits, quarantine, etc.)
  • Maintain general housekeeping standards
  • Undertake other assigned functions as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hands-on warehouse or general repair role preferred
  • Forklift licence (mandatory)
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for occasional travel (KM allowance provided)
  • Physically capable of some heavy lifting
  • Commitment to workplace safety and OHS principles
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility
