We're looking for a caring and motivated Oral Health Therapist to join our friendly team at Lower Templestowe Dental Excellence.

This is a part-time position (2.5 days per week: Tuesday half-day, Wednesday, and Thursday) — with room to increase rostered days as the practice continues to grow.

We're ideally seeking someone who can commit to growing with us for a minimum of two years, as we invest time and support into your development and long-term success.

We are a boutique 3-chair practice that has proudly served the local community since the 1970s. Our team includes four friendly and supportive dental practitioners and a wonderful, kind support team who make every day enjoyable.

  • Convenient location near Westfield Doncaster, with plenty of on-site parking and easy access to the Eastern Freeway

We provide a full range of services including:

General dentistry, preventive and periodontal care, crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, smile makeovers, clear aligners, orthodontics, whitening, wisdom teeth removal, RCT, and facial injectables.

About You

You are:

  • AHPRA-registered and appropriately qualified as an Oral Health Therapist
  • Passionate about patient care and creating a calm, positive experience for everyone in your chair
  • A great communicator who enjoys collaborating in a team environment
  • Open to feedback and professional growth — we value a growth mindset and genuine curiosity
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented in your clinical work
  • Keen to learn, upskill, and build lasting patient relationships
  • Able to commit to at least two years with our practice as we grow and support your career journey

Experience is a plus, but not essential — we welcome new graduates who bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Start date: Ideally Jan 2026 although there are some flexibility — to be discussed with the successful candidate.
