Our growing practice at Little Birds is looking for a Occupational Therapist to help us grow at our Templestowe clinic. We are looking for OT to expand our services at our purpose built clinic. New graduates will join our new graduate program and will be supported by our Senior OT.

We practice in all aspects of paediatric Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Play Therapy. Specialising in providing bilingual assessment and therapy services to children, adolescents and adults.
About the role
We are seeking a full/part-time Occupational Therapist. This role will involve assessing and providing occupational therapy support to individuals. With our career progression pathway, their is potential for this to develop into a Senior role. You will be supported to achieve your personal goals and build on your leadership and clinical skills.

Suitable candidates will require
A relevant tertiary qualification in allied health (occupational therapy)
Able to work independently and possess leadership skills
Experience in delivering assessment and therapy to paediatric caseload
AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
Working with Children's Check
Drivers license is highly regarded
Confidence in paediatric clinical skills
Experience working with EAL families is highly regarded
A willingness to learn and take on a challenge
A desire to learn and share their knowledge
Great communicator with clients, families and staff
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with families, other professionals and the community
