Daimler Trucks Brisbane is seeking a proactive, efficient, and customer‑centric Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent, full‑time basis.

As the face of our Service Department, you will be a trusted partner to a diverse range of customers in the transport industry. Your responsibilities will include scheduling servicing and repair work, preparing quotes and job costings, providing timely updates on vehicle status, processing invoices, and collaborating with the wider operations team to deliver best‑in‑class service and a positive customer experience.

About the Role

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Manage bookings, prepare accurate quotes, and check vehicles in for servicing/repairs
  • Track job progress, resolve bottlenecks, and provide timely updates
  • Process invoices and support the wider operations team
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • This is a permanent, full‑time role with standard business hours, plus occasional Saturday work when required

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in automotive or heavy equipment
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences with a strong service‑driven approach
  • Highly organised, with proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
