Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Aerotek Australia is a growing manufacturer supplying products for some of the biggest names in the paint, coatings, and FMCG industries. We are a safe, supportive, and close-knit team, and we're looking for reliable people to join us in our production crew.

About the role

This role is a physical, hands-on position in our paint mixing room. You'll be part of the team that mixes, measures, and prepares products ready for our customers.

  • Mixing and preparing paint
  • Weighing and measuring raw materials
  • Handling pigments, resins, solvents, and other ingredients
  • Following production schedules
  • General factory and warehouse duties
  • Keeping a safe and tidy workplace
About You
  • Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage, but not required - full training is provided
  • Forklift licence is a plus, but not essential
  • Physically fit, reliable, and punctual
  • A team player who takes pride in their work
  • Willing to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
