Role Purpose

Lead and grow the marketing function to deliver measurable commercial impact across two core audiences:

  • B2B

– Recruit, onboard, and engage Australia's top Buyers Agents through targeted campaigns, thought leadership, trade media partnerships, and a best-in-class launch program.
- B2C

– Generate high-quality consumer leads for our agents and convert them into mandates via integrated campaigns, digital acquisition, and PR.

You will own and evolve the end-to-end marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and the H2 Big Rocks.

This includes:

  • Managing the marketing calendar across brand, agent launches, content, PR, and paid channels.
  • Leading the integration of agent personal brands with the national FOUNDIT brand to maximise reach, credibility, and conversion.
  • Managing and optimising relationships with agency partners (Switch Digital, 23rd Street, Industri, PR agency TBC, Wingman VA agency), ensuring they deliver on time, on brand, and against agreed KPIs.
  • Building strong internal capability in content, social, reporting, and marketing ops to ensure we have the right internal foundation, supported by the right mix of agencies.
  • Creating and maintaining a culture of measurement, with every campaign tied to clear KPIs and regular reporting to founders.

You'll work closely with the founders, operations, and agent leadership to ensure marketing is a growth engine for both agent recruitment and consumer lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans aligned to commercial goals
  • Balance B2B and B2C priorities, ensuring consistent brand positioning across channels
  • Own the marketing budget and optimise spend for maximum ROI

Execution and Delivery

  • Lead campaign development and rollout with support from internal team and agencies
  • Create and edit high-quality content for web, email, social, and PR
  • Oversee paid digital, SEO, and organic content performance
  • Drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion for both audiences

Team and Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor the Marketing and Brand Co-ordinator
  • Manage agency relationships including social, brand, content, PR, and VA
  • Partner with Sales, Ops, and Founders to align marketing activity with business priorities

Performance and Optimisation

  • Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign results
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion, and customer experience
