About the Role

We are seeking 8 motivated Production Operators to join our Lake MacLeod operation. This is a residential role, based in Carnarvon and is an even-time roster (3D 3N 6X).

This role will:

  • Operate a range of mobile plant for salt and gypsum production
  • Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on mobile and fixed plant (e.g., roller changes, washdowns)
  • Conduct pre-start checks and equipment inspections
  • Follow operational and safety work instructions to ensure safe and efficient production

What we're looking for Experience with some of the following equipment is desirable (but not essential):

  • Double/Triple configuration road trains
  • Graders
  • Track dozers
  • Large loaders
  • Agricultural/industrial harvesters
  • Fixed / processing plant operations

Required skills and qualifications

  • HR or MC driver?s licence (highly desirable)
  • Previous experience in the resource industry
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Current WA C Class driver?s licence
  • The successful applicant will be required to pass our pre-employment medical process, this includes drug and alcohol testing.
