Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and personable bartender to join our team. As a bartender at our restaurant, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing exceptional service, and engaging with our guests to ensure they have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and providing recommendations when needed
  • Demonstrate knowledge of drink recipes and be able to customize drinks to meet guests' preferences
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Be responsible for payments from customers both dine in and takeaway
  • Cleaning and closing duties of the venue along with front of house team members

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
  • Exceptional knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Must be at least 20 years old and possess any required RSA
