Pharmacist in Charge

About this role:

We are looking for an exceptional and dynamic Pharmacist in Charge to work between 20-45 hours per week. A pharmacist who genuinely empathises about the wellbeing of the customers and patients they care for are very welcome to apply. Enliven Pharmacies are uniquely curated to be health and beauty destinations, which maximises the use of your professional knowledge and skills in an environment that focuses on preventative and holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

-Dispense and supply medications including medicinal cannabis in line with legal and professional requirements.

-Top in class patient care and customer service.

-Assist with business and process improvement.

-Proactively exercise an efficient and structured retail/dispensary workflow.

-Ensuring appropriate supply of natural and integrative medicines.

-Preventative care to maximise the health-span of our clients.

About you:

-Current AHPRA Pharmacy Registration with full scope of practice.

-Membership with an appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance provider.

-Efficient and structured workflow with attention to detail.

-A proactive and caring personality with a desire to learn.

-Strong communication skills with accurate record keeping.

-Well-spoken with excellent presentation.

-Ability to flourish in a dynamic, and highly service orientated team environment.
