Our business continues to grow rapidly so we are seeking to appoint a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced and dynamic team.

About the opportunity:

A unique opportunity presents itself for a pharmacy assistant to join Astrid Dispensary, an industry leader in the specialty pharmacy space. You will be reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge, and you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks including:

• Providing exceptional customer experience
• Work closely with pharmacists to ensure efficient workflow within the dispensary
• Facilitate provision of exceptional healthcare and service

Your story so far:

As a pharmacy assistant, you will ideally have a background in a pharmacy or retail setting.

Applicants must hold a valid work visa or have appropriate work authorisation to be eligible for this position.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in pharmacy and/or customer service
• Previous customer service experience is acceptable in place of pharmacy experience for this role
• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer service role
• A people-centric mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude
• Enthusiasm and compassion for patients in both face to face and digital settings
• An uncompromising attention to detail
• Highly efficient and organised
• A strong desire to learn and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry

Ideally, you will need to possess:

• Proven capability with Microsoft Office & Excel
• A vibrant personality and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
