About the Role

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide support for digital product platforms
  • Process orders, returns, claims, and general queries
  • Handle office administration tasks
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, with hybrid work flexibility negotiable. Our office is located in Port Melbourne with free on-site parking.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and service excellence
  • Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and fast, accurate data entry skills
  • Is a team player with a proactive approach
  • Experience with SAP and Zendesk ticketing systems is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or willingness to learn and leverage emerging technologies to enhance customer experience is an advantage
