THE ROLE

BAINA is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Production and Logistics Manager to join our team full-time. In this senior role, you will oversee sampling, manufacturing, and logistics across our global operation — ensuring excellence from product development through to delivery. You will report to the CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Manage end-to-end production and logistics, including sampling, PO placement, manufacturing and global freight

·      Lead the placement and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy across SKU's, costs and timelines

·      Manage product documentation in PLM system

·      Develop and maintain critical paths, to ensure timely production and delivery

·      Build and maintain supplier, 3PL and freight partner relationships

·      Oversee global logistics — including freight coordination, 3PL operations, warehousing and fulfilment

·      Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure accuracy across all markets

·      Negotiate pricing and terms to meet margin targets

·      Forecast, plan inventory, and maintain stock integrity across markets to align with growth goals whilst avoiding out-of-stocks

·      Manage and uphold compliance standards, including GOTS and Apothecary regulations

·       Support the development of new categories and innovative product methods

·      Assess and refine production processes to improve efficiency and scalability

YOUR PROFILE

·      Extensive experience in production and logistics management

·      Background ideally within design, fashion or lifestyle category

·      Highly skilled in critical path management and inventory systems

·      Familiar with GOTS certification and sustainable production practices
