About the Role:

We are seeking Casual Subcontractor Residential Cleaners (Female Only) to join our supportive team. This is a genuine occupational requirement for female applicants only, due to the nature of our employment support program.

Cleans are primarily end-of-lease, one-off, and post-renovation jobs. These cleans are typically in empty homes, allowing for independent and focused work without occupants present. Locations vary, but generally in the Eastern Suburbs, City & South Sydney, Inner West, Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches.

General Duties:

  • Complete detailed end-of-lease and one-off cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom and kitchen deep cleans).
  • Post-renovation cleans including removal of dust, debris, and surface polishing.
  • Ensure a high standard of presentation in every clean.
  • Follow safety and cleaning procedures set by Domestic Collective.
  • Communicate with clients or supervisors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Female applicants only This is a genuine occupational requirement for female applicants only, due to the nature of our employment support program.
  • Must have or be able to obtain an ABN (Australian Business Number).
  • Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Check.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
  • Access to reliable transport to travel between job locations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous cleaning experience (domestic, commercial, or end-of-lease).
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.

Hours and Flexibility:

Work is offered through our job board system as cleans are booked. Cleaners can choose jobs that suit their availability, location, and schedule.

As our business grows, more hours will become available for reliable and high-performing cleaners.
