Cleaner Supervisor - Wanted for Sites in Albury with a difference

We are a well-established Australian cleaning company based in Victoria, proudly owned, and operated, and we continue to experience growth across the state.

The company has established itself as a top service provider in the cleaning industry, renowned for its commitment to high-quality services, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs and expectations.

What we are looking for

A driven and collaborative Site Supervisor with some experience in commercial cleaning. This is a full time and ongoing role working Monday to Friday reporting to Operations Manager / Customer Service Rep in Albury.

We are currently seeking applications from people interested in a hands-on cleaning supervisor role based in Albury.

Responsibilities :

  • Relief cleaning
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
  • Oversee equipment checks, repairs
  • Provide feedback, resolve and escalate issues when needed
  • Liaise with operations / customer service regarding cleaning services
  • Adhere to any additional tasks, as required
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards
  • Equipments' are maintained in good working condition
  • Monitor inventory supplies

And General Cleaning Duties Include but not Limited to:

- Vacuuming / Mopping / Dusting / Emptying rubbish bins / Bathrooms etc.

Requirement:

  • Experience in cleaning
  • Current Police Clearance
  • WWCC - Working with children check

All applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

Start date: Around November - to be advised

Training, Equipment & Vehicle will be Provided.

Sub contractors / Independent Sole traders are encouraged to apply.
