provides safe, supportive accommodation and case management for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence. Our team offers counselling, practical support, and advocacy to promote safety, wellbeing, and long-term recovery.

We are seeking a
Senior Case Manager
to join our dedicated refuge team on a maternity leave cover contract. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver therapeutic case management and evidence-based support to women and children.

  • Provide counselling, advocacy, and safety planning.

  • Support access to housing, legal, health, and community services.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to enhance client outcomes.

  • Participate in an on-call roster, with an allowance provided.

About You:

You will hold a degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting women and children impacted by domestic and family violence. Your background includes strong skills in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning, complemented by excellent communication, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening or 
    National Police Check
