The Role: Salesforce Tech Lead - Principal
What You Will Do
You are the Salesforce subject matter expert, focused on designing and ensuring delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for and with our clients. You are a self-driven individual with a "get it done" attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems.
- Own the technical vision for Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead architecture and design sessions, setting standards and guiding solution decisions across integrated ecosystems.
- Drive complex integrations with Contact Centre platforms (Genesys), Agentforce, Data Cloud, and PSS to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Oversee technical delivery across multiple streams, including custom development, API integrations, and data migration.
- Establish governance frameworks for release management, CI/CD, and coding standards to maintain quality and consistency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, influencing technical strategy and building strong relationships.
- Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to best practices.
What You'll Bring To Slalom
- Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong developer background and ability to design enterprise-grade solutions.
- Service Cloud Leadership: Proven experience delivering complex Service Cloud implementations, ideally in Contact Centre environments (Agentforce, Data Cloud, PSS).
- Integration Knowledge: Hands-on understanding of API integrations, data migration, and connecting Salesforce with platforms like Genesys.
- Technical Governance: Strong grasp of environment management, release management, CI/CD, and coding standards.
- Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and mentor technical talent.
- Client Engagement: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions and build trusted relationships.
