We're representing a progressive Tier 3 modular builder that's redefining how mid-scale projects are delivered. About the Role

This role bridges project management, design coordination, and development input. Acting as the client-side liaison, you'll help shape design concepts, manage feasibility and approvals, and guide projects right through to the D&C contract stage — before handing over to delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Lead early contractor involvement (ECI) and concept development with clients
  • Manage front-end design, budget alignment, and value-engineering
  • Liaise with developers, architects, and consultants through DA and approvals
  • Oversee feasibility, risk, and project setup documentation
  • Collaborate closely with internal design and operations teams for smooth handover

  • Background in project management and design management (Tier 2/3 builder ideal)
  • Strong experience in early-stage project setup and client engagement
  • Confident managing budgets, consultants, and authority approvals
  • Excellent communicator who thrives on problem-solving and collaboration
