We are looking for experienced AO6 Senior Finance Officer to join a Government Team in Brisbane CBD. This contract role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background and understanding of FMPM reviews.

Description

  • Accurate review of FMPM
  • Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Officer should have:

  • Formal qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Government financial reporting standards and regulations..
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and software. - Use Tech One
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a Public Sector environment
  • Stakeholder Engagement

Job Offer
