Personal Assistant to the Director of Boarding

  • Marcellin Campus (Years 10-12), Somerton Park
  • Permanent position, commencing in January 2026
  • ESO - Grade 5
  • 37.5 hours per week, with occasional reasonable overtime
  • 45-42 weeks per year (negotiable)

The College operates a co-educational Boarding House serving students from regional, rural, and remote communities across South Australia and interstate. Boarding provides a safe, structured and welcoming home where young people are known, supported and encouraged to grow in independence within a high-trust, relationship-centred environment.

The Personal Assistant to the Director of Boarding ensures the smooth and professional operation of the Boarding House by providing high-level administrative, organisational and relational support. The role coordinates essential processes that underpin student care, enrolments, communication, staffing and major events. Working closely with the Director of Boarding, the Boarding Leadership Team, the Registrar's Office and other College departments, the position helps maintain a well-run, welcoming and reliable Boarding House that meets the needs of boarders and their families.
