As our business continues to grow, Kaprica is seeking an additional pasta and pizza cook to join our lo-fi Italian eatery located on Grattan Street, Carlton.

We're on the hunt for an experienced chef/ cook to join our team, working permanent part time or full time.

The right candidate must have experience in the following:

  • Good pizza and pasta cooking skills with an interest in Italian food.
  • Training new kitchen staff on section requirements and overseeing ongoing performance and quality control.
  • Maintaining high and consistent standards of products.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced environment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
  • Be reliable, honest, punctual and productive.
