Johnny, Vince & Sam's Ristorante is seeking an experienced and energetic Chef de Partie, ready to step into our lively Italian kitchen. This is a casual role and we're looking for chefs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring passion to every plate.

Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in high-volume restaurant.

Italian restaurant experience preferred but not required depending on experience.

Salary: Casual, up to 38 hours per week - $33.38 – $49.21.

Location: 306–308 Lygon Street, Carlton VIC 3053.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Full working rights in Australia

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
