Your Opportunity

We're seeking a Remuneration Analyst to join our Experience team. Reporting to the Remuneration and Workplace Relations Consultant, this role will provide specialist analysis, insights, and advice to support remuneration, benefits, and performance frameworks across Urban Utilities.

This is a chance to contribute to a forward-looking organisation, applying your technical skills to influence fair, competitive, and sustainable pay practices that help us attract, retain, and reward our people.

What You'll Do

  • Support the design and delivery of employee salary structures, benefits programs, and annual pay reviews
  • Undertake job evaluations, role profiling, and market benchmarking activities
  • Analyse internal pay practices and external trends, providing evidence-based insights for decision making
  • Develop, test, and maintain remuneration policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide trusted advice on remuneration and workplace relations matters

About You

You'll be an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on remuneration analysis and a sharp eye for detail. You're confident with data, skilled in Excel, and able to draw meaningful insights to inform decision making. Your ability to balance commercial acumen with fairness and compliance will set you apart.

We're looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Law, Finance or similar (preferred)
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, including strong skills in remuneration analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive remuneration and financial data with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear advice for stakeholders
