Job Description

Experience:

Senior Designer with 14 years of overall experience and proven data migration skills.

Requirements:

Essential:


• Proven large scale data migration – solutioning experience.


• Experience with evaluating, creating and uplifting solutions for data migration including Migration inputs/outputs, tooling, monitoring controls, reconciliation.


• Experience with database technologies (Eg: Oracle, SQL Server)


• Strong system integration experience with APIs, batch jobs, integration orchestration and design patterns.


• Knowledge of Data Warehouse/ETL Concepts

Capabilities:


• Convert high level architecture blueprints into detailed system design including analyzing solution options, solution risks.


• Produce design artefacts inclusive of component diagrams, sequence diagrams


• Be capable of independently orchestrating discussions with business stakeholders, architects and designers/leads from other system areas.


• Produce system/data mapping diagrams/documentation (with lifecycle) aligned to migration process (automated/manual)


• Leading the review of work (individual and team) and providing guidance, advice and assistance to less experienced colleagues as required
