The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Eau de Parfum, Fenty Hair, Ole Henriksen, KVD Beauty, Lip Lab.

The salary range for this position is $ $45.00 per hour based upon location.

This is a part time role, starting at 10 hours per week.

POSITION SUMMARY

Independent self-starter responsible for proofreading of packaging artwork for all Kendo brands. Responsible for ensuring on-time return of deliverables with notes on any updates needed between copy or styleguide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviewing all Packaging artwork

  • Meticulously review all copy – spelling, grammar & comparing with translations documents
  • Compare regulatory requirements with product information documents
  • Understanding styleguide for individual brands and reviewing for brand guidelines
  • Timely return of notes to Program Manager & Production Artist on any updates needed 

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree
  • 3+ years of proofreading experience
  • Knowledge of computer programs: Excel, Asana, Workfront Proof
  • Retail or beauty experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines
  • The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated
  • Passion for beauty and retail
