Hudson Building Co is growing. We're looking for a sharp Site Manager to lead high-quality residential projects across Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

You'll be backed with strong systems, a solid team, and the tools you need to run jobs like a pro.

We use WunderBuild to streamline scheduling, team communication, QA checklists, and supplier coordination. Everything's systemised — so you can focus on leading, not chasing your tail.

The Role

You'll be responsible for running jobs from start to finish — keeping them on schedule, on budget, and up to standard.

Your week will include:

  • Daily site checklists and job updates through WunderBuild

  • Toolbox meetings with your team

  • Weekly client meetings to track progress

  • Coordinating trades and suppliers

  • QA checklists at each project stage

  • Scheduling materials and organising deliveries

  • Managing site safety and team compliance

  • Helping scope labour and review estimates

  • Assisting with selections when onboarding clients

This is a leadership role. We're not after a clipboard manager — we want someone who leads from the front, builds trust, and drives performance.

  • You've run residential builds before — you know what quality looks like

  • You lead with calm authority, not ego

  • You build strong relationships with trades, clients, and the team

  • You're solutions-first — proactive, detail-focused, and hands-on

  • You want to grow into a Project Manager and beyond
