Upcycle Tyre Service is a leading tyre supply and recycling business dedicated to turning waste into opportunity and we're looking for a hands on Manager to help drive our growth and make a real impact.

About the Role

As our Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing day to day sales and operations, leading our team, and ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers. You'll manage tyre sales, collections and processing, maintain key client relationships and drive new business opportunities, this includes site visits to mine sites and other commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team to meet operational targets.
  • Oversee tyre sales, collections and recycling operations.
  • Visit and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct business development to expand our customer base.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high service standards.
  • Undertake site visits, including to remote mine sites (travel required).

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in sales and operations or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with hands on work and leading from the front.
  • Organised and proactive with problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to mine sites and regional locations.
  • Understanding of recycling, transport, or industrial operations (desirable).
