About the Opportunity

We're on the hunt for a motivated Tyre Fitter / Serviceperson to join our team on-site, assisting with the day-to-day servicing of mobile plant and light vehicle fleets. If you're hands-on, take pride in your work, and enjoy a varied role that gets you out and about across site – this one's for you.In this dual-role position, you'll be responsible for:

Tyre Maintenance

  • Earthmoving tyres up to 25"
  • Road train tyres including 11R and 295 series
  • Managing and performing tyre rotations and changeouts for a range of sizes including monitoring tyre condition, wear, managing tyre stock levels and replacements

Service Truck Operations

  • Sharing duties on the site service truck
  • Performing daily machine servicing, greasing, fluid top-up
  • Fuelling mobile plant and light vehicles as required
  • Keeping records up to date and equipment well-maintained

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience as a tyre fitter, preferably in civil, mining or transport environments
  • Exposure to earthmoving and heavy vehicle tyres
  • Certificate II Tyre Fitting
  • HR Licence - essential
  • Mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a small team
  • Flexibility to assist across other servicing duties on-site
