My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.

Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.

As per our client's request, we are recruiting for a Female support worker aged in the 30's to complete a variety of shifts in the Worrigee area.

Successful applicants will have psychosocial experience, a mature attitude and be able to set strong boundaries.

Shifts available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday — 8:30am to 1:30pm.

  • Higher than award rates –A two-hour shift attracts an average $38.00 – $39.26 rate per hour and we pay a higher sleepover shift allowance too
  • Additional Earnings: Kilometre reimbursement, shift penalties for afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

  • Permanent Australian Working Rights (Preferred)
  • Australian Driver's Licence (Preferred)

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required upon commencement)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required upon commencement)

Pay: $36.00 – $40.00 per hour
