We're looking for a Customer Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and support our CRM programs by providing essential data analysis and insights.

About the Role:

As a Customer Data Analyst, you'll ensure the accuracy and impact of our CRM initiatives by extracting, analysing, and reporting customer data to support campaigns. Working with Digital Innovation and ISD teams, you'll develop and test scripts to maintain CRM integrity. Using Oracle SQL and Power BI, you'll track performance and provide insights to guide future strategies.

This position requires a full-time, in-office presence five days a week at our Mazda Australia Head Office in Mulgrave, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction & Campaign Support: Extract data for marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Digital Innovation team to script, test, and maintain CRM systems.
• System Support & Analysis: Manage SQL scripts for campaign activation and coordinate with ISD on technical requirements.
• Post-Campaign Reporting: Deliver detailed performance analysis, including customer engagement metrics and sales attribution.
• Process Improvement: Support the enhancement of CRM processes, data integrity, and system development initiatives.

About you:

Are you skilled in Oracle SQL and Excel, familiar with CRM and analytics tools, and passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights? If so, we want you on our team

To be successful, you will have:

• 1–2 years' experience with Oracle SQL and strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Eloqua preferred) and analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Tertiary qualification in a business-related field or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• A passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.
