We're hiring
multiple SailPoint Developers
for enterprise-level transformation projects across
Banking, Telecom, Government, Retail, and Hi-Tech
domains. These positions are open on
both Full-Time and Contract
arrangements — offering flexibility and long-term career growth.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in
    Java / BeanShell
    development
  • Expertise in building
    custom & built-in connectors
    (Webservices, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC, etc.)
  • Strong in
    Database and SQL queries
  • Experience with
    Git / Bitbucket
    for build and deployment activities
  • Proven ability in
    application onboarding
    using various connectors and rule development
  • Skilled in
    custom report development
    and
    workflow customization
  • In-depth understanding of
    SailPoint APIs
    , custom workflows, and rules development
  • Experience in
    installation, administration, and troubleshooting
    of IAM solutions
  • Sound knowledge of
    Identity & Access Management, RBAC, and User Access Certification
  • Directory management experience with
    LDAP / Active Directory
  • Proficiency in
    SailPoint IdentityIQ
    – task monitoring, certification, reporting
  • Exposure to
    IAM pre and post-production support
    , incident, and problem management
  • Experience in
    Access Management / SSO
    systems in large enterprises
  • Familiarity with
    upgrade processes and patch updates
  • Excellent communication and understanding of
    IAM design best practices
