Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated SailPoint Senior Engineer to join our Identity

& Access Management (IAM) team. As a SailPoint Developer, you will be responsible for

designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to help manage

and streamline our organisation's identity governance and administration (IGA)

processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for identity

governance and administration.


• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and

translate them into technical solutions.


• Develop and configure connectors for provisioning and de-provisioning user

access to various applications and systems.


• Need to have experience with REST API, Web Services and SCIM connector-based

application onboarding.


• Implement and customise workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), and access

certification campaigns, and policy enforcement.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint, including user access,

system integration, and data synchronisation.


• Optimise and tune SailPoint applications for performance and scalability.


• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards and regulations.


• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and other quality assurance processes.


• Support SailPoint application upgrades and patch management.


• Have experience with Code check-in, CI/CD, Build, Deployment, DevOps

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer with hands-on knowledge of

SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts

such as Single Sign-On (SSO), provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and

role-based access.


• Proficient in Java, XML, SQL, and RESTful web services.


• Need to have experience on REST API, Web Services and SCIM connector-based

application onboarding.


• Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows and custom development for

automated processes.


• Experience with identity governance SoD policies/Hard Constraints, role

mining, and entitlement management.


• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and other directory services.
