About the role

Golden Star Care Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. This is a casual role that provides essential care and support to our clients with disabilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to promote the overall well-being of our clients
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
  • Following individualised care plans and documenting client progress
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • A Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our clients
  • NDIS worker Screening check
  • 100 Points ID and an Australian working rights certificate
  • Working With Children Check
  • Police check
  • A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
