Our globally recognised client is seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to champion company values, lead transformation and embed a culture of trust, connection and high performance.

As a key Leadership Team member, this role partners with executives to shape strategy, build capability and deliver a people agenda that empowers individuals, strengthens teams and drives business success.

ccountabilities****

  • Lead and execute people and culture strategies, aligning workforce planning, talent pipelines and organisational design with business objectives.
  • Champion cultural transformation by driving engagement, inclusion and leadership capability, ensuring company values are embedded across all sites.
  • Provide trusted guidance on industrial relations, compliance and enterprise bargaining, balancing legal rigour with a people-focused approach.
  • Drive succession planning, talent acquisition and leadership development to build future-ready capability and nurture careers.
  • Oversee HR operations, systems, analytics and remuneration frameworks to deliver efficiency, insight and a meaningful employee experience.
  • Partner with executives on workforce modelling, organisational change and transformation initiatives that enable agility, scalability and a thriving culture.
  • Represent the People & Culture function in governance and HR networks, contributing to strategic decision-making, sharing best practices and evolving the people experience.

What We're Looking For...

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in complex or multi-site organisations.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • A creator of innovative people solutions to improve the employee experience and wellbeing.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial relations and HR best practice.
  • Proven ability to lead organisational change and develop strategic people initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
