Full-Time Chef – PHO MORE Vietnamese Restaurant (Riverwood NSW)

PHO MORE Vietnamese Restaurant is a busy and well-established Vietnamese restaurant specialising in traditional dishes, including Pho. We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes (Pho experience highly regarded)
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Assist with menu planning and kitchen operations
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Support and supervise junior kitchen staff when required
  • Checking inventory.
  • Preparing sauces and ingredent

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
  • Relevant qualifications Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery preferred
