About the Role

We're looking for a flexible, self-motivated, and highly organised Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Henderson, WA. This full-time role is perfect for someone with a "can-do" attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Warehouse Associate, your key responsibilities will include assembling hose parts and small components, as well as receiving Purchase & Transfer orders for our customers and other warehouses. You'll also play a crucial role in ensuring all receipts match orders, keeping everything running smoothly and without discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operations are conducted both safely and efficiently.
• Basic parts assembly of hoses and small components, in addition to repairs.
• Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
• Ensure products are received and checked against Purchase Order receipts, monitoring for any discrepancies and escalating where necessary.
• Receiving in of Purchase and Transfer Orders, including the inspection, labelling and correct placement in the Identified Inventory Location System.
• Efficient Pre-Picking, Packing and Dispatch of customer orders.
• Be a part of the stocktake process as required to ensure stock accuracy.
• Communicating with the Warehouse Supervisor regarding any backorders or items that cannot be fulfilled by the required date.
• Leading by example in relation to Company policies including Work Health & Safety policies and procedures. Where necessary identify and report safety needs or issues promptly.

About You

• Valid Forklift Licence
• Proven prior experience in working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of General Warehouse Practices.
• Proven experience in working with warehouse management systems, preferably Netsuite.
• Experience with the use of RF Scanners (desirable not essential).
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy levels are maintained to a high standard.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A strong eagerness to learn and the ability to self-motivate.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills required e.g. excel, word, etc.
• Current Australian Driver's License.
