The Role:

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Finance Manager who can keep our numbers sharp, our insights strategic, and our processes running smoothly. This role is all about blending hands-on financial management with big-picture thinking - driving reporting, compliance, budgeting, and automation to support our next phase of expansion. This role will oversee financial reporting, strengthen financial control frameworks, manage risk and compliance requirements, and lead continuous improvements in systems and processes. In addition, the role will provide ad hoc analysis and support on key projects, including system implementations and process enhancements, ensuring finance remains a proactive and value-adding partner to the business.

What You'll Do:

• Lead financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Oversee compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and variance analysis.
• Manage cashflow forecasting, banking arrangements, and cost control measures.
• Implement and enhance reporting automation, analytics, and financial processes.
• Support key business projects, including ERP upgrades and M&A integrations.
• Provide financial guidance to department heads, helping them optimize budgets and spending.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring strong governance and internal controls.

About You:

• CPA/CA qualified with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A whiz with Excel and large datasets, with a knack for analytics.
• Skilled in building and refining KPI-driven reports (Power BI experience is a plus).
• Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing finance teams.
• A clear and confident communicator who can turn financial jargon into insights that make sense for any audience.
• A pro at juggling competing priorities, keeping things running smoothly in our fast-paced, growing business.
• A solutions-focused team player who thrives on collaborating across departments to solve challenges and drive efficiencies.
• Experience in a fast growing start up or scale up environment
