Join a respected Australian brand in the machinery and equipment industry. Crommelins Machinery is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our national account partnerships and grow sales across major buying groups and key dealers.

About the Role

As the BDM – National Key Accounts, you'll be responsible for growing Crommelins' footprint across Australia by:

  • Driving sales through buying groups and national dealer networks
  • Building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships
  • Collaborating with marketing on promotional campaigns and ranging
  • Supporting key partners with product training and technical support
  • Delivering performance reporting and identifying new growth opportunities

You'll be on the road when needed, attending trade shows, customer meetings and building relationships that matter.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in business development, account management or B2B sales
  • Experience working with buying groups or hardware/tool/machinery industries (ideal)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work autonomously, backed by a supportive team
  • Willingness to travel interstate as required
