We are a national site-solutions business (temporary fence and related gear) growing across Australia. We're after a hands-on Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end hiring and build proactive talent pipelines – not just post and pray.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a mixed portfolio (blue-collar & office/ops): brief, ads, sourcing, screening, interviews, references, offers
  • Proactively source and pipeline talent for recurring/hard-to-fill roles (job boards, referrals, networks, direct outreach)
  • Run 10–15 active roles comfortably and scale up to ~20 when busy
  • Prep employment agreements and coordinate onboarding (setups in the HRIS, inductions, compliance docs)
  • Support subcontractor recruitment overflow during peak periods
  • Keep hiring managers in the loop with clear updates and data hygiene

What you'll bring

  • Solid in-house or agency experience running end-to-end recruitment
  • Proven sourcing chops and the drive to pick up the phone, not just post ads
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail (contracts, HRIS, compliance)
  • Clear, confident communication with tradies one minute and managers the next
  • Comfortable juggling priorities without dropping the candidate experience
