The Opportunity

Monash Indonesia is looking for an enthusiastic Student Recruitment Support Officer to join the team. You will be responsible for implementing and delivering a range of complex yet effective specialist tier two domestic and international prospective student processes, providing expert advice to prospective students on a range of specialist enquiries and investigating and resolving complex issues throughout the recruitment and conversion cycle. The opportunity awaits for you to actively promote the brand across key recruitment channels and in all interactions with stakeholders. 

As the Student Recruitment Support Officer you will be responsible for: 

Providing expert advice to prospective students on a range of tier two specialist enquiriesInvestigating and resolving complex issues relating to student recruitment and admissions, in order to deliver high level customer service and improve student conversion ratesActively promoting Monash University's brand across key recruitment channels and in all interactions with stakeholders leading to an increase in domestic and international conversion ratesProviding high levels of customer service to prospective students, agents, school counsellors, sponsors, applicants and other stakeholders in accordance with best practice guidelines, policy and procedureMaintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and other internal and external stakeholders to support and facilitate student recruitment conversion activities 

To be successful in this position you will need to have demonstrated experience in a recruitment or sales environment, with a commitment to providing outstanding service to customers in a busy environment. Combined with a strong knowledge of the tertiary education sector with experience in international and/or domestic student recruitment, your well-developed written and verbal communication skills will include the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and effectively communicate complex matters to a broad range of people via email, phone and in person.
